While studying the Shoah, the Yeshivat He’Atid eighth-grade students have been viewing the artwork of Felix Nussbaum (1904-1944) and Hans Jackson (1934-1983) to learn about the horrors of the Nazi regime and the restrictions placed on the Jews during this time period. The students used the artwork to learn more about the events and how artists used their craft to express their feelings and experiences.
