The fourth grade took a field trip to the historic Waterloo Village Site. Waterloo is a restored living history village on the banks of the Musconetcong River. The students had the opportunity to view Victorian homes, a blacksmith shop, a grist, and a sawmill. They spent time engaging in the re-created Lenape Village where they experienced the Lenape culture and way of life. It was a great opportunity for the students to see their studies of the Lenape Indians come to life!
