In preparation for Presidents Day, Yeshivat Noam Buds students learned that the president of the United States of America works and lives in the White House. Originally named the President’s House, its name was changed when everyone started calling it the White House because it is all white! With various loose materials, the children created their own versions of the White House. Additionally, they made cherry pies and learned the lesson about never telling a lie from the story about George Washington and his cherry tree.
