Everyone at Yeshivat Noam experienced an incredible virtual celebration of Yom Ha’atzmaut. While quite different than previous years, it was a memorable and meaningful day nonetheless.

Yeshivat Noam kicked off a full day of programming with an inspirational school-wide Hallel b’tzibur led by YN parent Jonathan Rimberg and the pride for Israel continued throughout the day! Students continued to various activities such as, training for the Israeli Army in boot camp, writing letters to lone soldiers, “traveling” to Israel, puppet shows, creating Israeli art, scavenger hunts, daglanut, obstacle courses, game shows, chagigot and of course cooking delicious Israeli cuisine like pita, lemonana, crembo, bourekas, shakshuka and Israeli salad. The day ended with wonderful YNPA family programming where everyone enjoyed the Paint with Me! and basketball drills.

The atmosphere of excitement and love for Israel was felt throughout each activity and the school thanks all those who helped run programming and everyone who participated in the jam-packed day!
