Yeshivat Noam fifth grade girls researched a specific tanna and answered both factual and opinion questions about their tanna. They looked through Mishnayot where their tanna spoke, and learned their stories and attributes. They researched their tannaim’s quotes and came up with quotes on their own that could have been attributed to their tanna. Next, the students created hashtags and wishlists, and finally a creative award that encompassed one of the tanna’s best qualities. As a culmination of their research, the students presented the awards to a person in the school who embodies the same values, including security, technology, business and educational leadership.
