Yeshivat Noam fourth graders authored their own book focused on the concept of main idea. Using the book “The Important Book,” by Margaret Wise Brown, students learned that there are many wonderful traits to describe anything, but there’s one that is most important. They then chose their own topics, described them and identified the one that was most important. The students illustrated their own pages and each class created their own important book.
