Yeshivat Noam hosted its fourth annual Grandparents and Special Visitors Day for a packed school with over 400 guests. The grandparents, parents, aunt, uncles, cousins, siblings and friends enjoyed crafting together, learning in the classrooms and attending a celebratory Shabbat oneg with Morah Adina Mermelstein. The event opened with a performance by the choir and two guest speakers. Michael Wasserman of Highland Park grandparent of three Yeshivat Noam students, spoke enthusiastically about the warmth of Yeshivat Noam and the importance of Jewish day schools. The eighth grade representative, Maytal Kessler, spoke about her 10 year experience and the tools Yeshivat Noam has given her to succeed as she approaches graduation and heads to high school. The energy in the room was palpable for all those who spent a special and memorable morning at Yeshivat Noam.
