Yeshivat Noam ‘Recognizes Stars’ at the 15th Annual Dinner

Over 680 guests gathered together to celebrate at Yeshivat Noam’s 15th annual dinner at Congregation Keter Torah to honor a group of incredible honorees. The evening paid tribute to Guests of Honor Batya and Nachman Paul, Faculty and Community Service Awardees Ilana and Azriel Rauzman, Service Recognition Awardees Luis Sanchez, and the Corporate Partnership awardee was TD Bank.

“U’matzdikei harabim kakochavim l’olam va’ed—Those who turn the masses toward righteousness shall shine like the stars forever” (Daniel 12:3) was the theme of the evening. Rabbi Chaim Hagler, principal, spoke about the “stars” of the evening, and the decor focused on stars with an illuminated star-studded lighting. Leora Cohen and Sharona Schulder, dinner co-chairs, ensured the beauty and elegance of the evening. They worked closely with Yeshivat Noam parent Chaim Leffel of Petals Premier who did a beautiful job with centerpieces, decor and lighting.

The guests enjoyed the honoree and school-spirit videos that were produced by Gi Orman of Big Productions, under the direction of parent volunteers who co-chaired the communications committee, Stefanie Diamond and Batsheva Goldstein. The hysterical script for the honoree video was written by Azriel Rauzman.

The annual dinner is the celebration of the annual campaign. The co-chairs of this fundraising initiative are Rachel Cyrulnik, Josh Chaitovsky and Ronnie Weinblut. Together they oversaw a committee of 10 parent volunteers who inspired their peers to make a campaign contribution. Funds raised for this campaign enable Yeshivat Noam to provide educational excellence and financial assistance to families that need it. According to Amy Vogel, director of development and communications, “We feel strongly that no child should be denied a yeshiva education for financial reasons. We are grateful that so many families gave generously to support our school and our students.”
