In social studies this week, Yeshivat Noam third graders learned about protecting natural resources and reducing their carbon footprint. To try to reduce their own carbon footprint, the students recycled the paper in their classroom by shredding it, making it into pulp and drying it out on screens. Next week, they plan to use it as paper!
