Yeshivat Noam’s 5th grade boys, Aleph section, worked for months under the direction of enrichment coordinator Margi Saks on the law fair case called “The Unexpected Fall.”
The subject of the case was whether the town neglected its responsibility in maintaining safety standards on its playground.
The students and their parents were invited to the New Jersey Bar Association on May 27 in New Brunswick to present the plaintiff’s case in “Christopher Calumsy v. Town,” in front of a real judge, as well as hundreds of students from middle schools throughout New Jersey.
Congratulations to the 5th grade boys on winning 1st place!
