Young Israel of Fort Lee Invites the Community to a Tu B’Av Lunch and Learn

Fort Lee—The Young Israel of Fort Lee invites the community to participate in its eighth Adult Study Institute event scheduled for Tuesday, July 24th at 12 noon, in their newly completed shul at1610 Parker Avenue, Fort Lee, NJ  with the entrance on Old Palisade Road, diagonally opposite Monument Park. The topic will be Tu B’Av, A Most Festive Day on the Jewish Calendar, presented by Rabbi Duvie Weiss. The rabbi heads the IDT Yeshiva and is the Assistant Rabbi at the Keter Torah Synagogue in Teaneck. Rabbi Weiss is the son of shul members, Phyllis and Norman Weiss. The lecture and lunch are sponsored by Jeff and Rita Wilder in memory of Leo Wilder (Moshe Leb ben Shmuel) and Sylvia Wilder (Tzipporah Esther bar Y’Israel), of blessed memory.
