The brand new Yeshiva University ice hockey team took to the Devil’s practice arena in Newark, New Jersey on Sunday night, for their first ever game against Stevens Institute. It wasn’t lost on the team and group of spectators huddled around the ice that the inaugural YU ice hockey goal was scored by “number 18.” A hopeful sign that the new sport will live on for many years to come.
