“Jewish Strong: Raising Voices for Israel” is a concert presented by Zamir Choral Foundation to benefit HaZamir Israel and its teen singers in this time of war and ongoing need.

The program includes a featured performance of Leonard Bernstein’s “Chichester Psalms” in the composer’s version for keyboard, harp and percussion, as well as shorter works by American and Israeli composers.

The concert benefits HaZamir Israel, a part of HaZamir: The International Jewish Teen Choir, with chapters in 27 U.S. locations and nine cities in Israel. HaZamir was created as a platform for talented teens to sing great Jewish music at the highest standard of excellence.

The benefit performance takes place on Sunday, December 15 at 7:30 p.m. at Merkin Hall at Kaufman Music Center, located at 129 W. 67th St., New York, NY 10023. Ticket prices are $100, $75 and $40. The portion of the ticket price beyond $40 is tax-deductible.
