Zeevyah Benoff has joined the team at V&N Realty (V and N Group LLC), sharing her talent with the community she has called home for much of her life. A Teaneck resident for the past 30 years, Benoff considers V&N a premier real estate boutique company and a true household name.

A former attorney who graduated Cardozo Law School and served as a prosecutor in family court. Benoff decided to make a career change about five years ago and has never looked back. “I enjoy helping people with what is likely to be one of, if not the biggest purchase of their life,” she said. Benoff describes her transition from law to real estate as seamless and extremely successful.

As a Teaneck native,Benoff has extensive knowledge of the area, local schools and community organizations. She believes it is her drive, devotion and creativity that has allowed her to build a successful career in real estate. She is also extremely honest, sometimes to a fault, she joked.
“Everything I do I believe in,” said Benoff, whose keen attention to detail coupled with her candor and energy has positioned her to be an invaluable asset to her clients.
Benoff aims to develop a personal relationship with clients from the start, which sets the groundwork for a successful partnership. She prides herself on complete transparency throughout the process and is always accessible, even simply for reassurance. She understands the importance of the experience, both financially and emotionally, and works hard to secure a successful outcome.
“My legal background has been an asset in my career as a realtor,” she said, which often enables her to better negotiate on behalf of her customers.
“I have worked with Zeevyah both as a mortgage originator for her buyers as well as sold two houses working with her,” said a local colleague and client. “Zeevyah is the consummate professional. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors, New Jersey MLS and holds a New York broker’s license. For the past five years she has been presented the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Award and achieved Gold Level this year, selling over 13 million worth of local real estate.
