Arky, along with her partner, Bruria Efune, developed a full-suite digital marketing agency called Aleph to Zee, which earlier in 2019 won first place at the Nefesh B’Nefesh’s inaugural Entrepreneur Boot Camp Pitch Night. It is designed to offer high-quality digital marketing solutions while serving as a training academy for new olim to Israel, as well as the charedi (ultra-Orthodox) community—both of whom often need extra assistance in acquiring the requisite skill sets to integrate into the Israeli job market. Arky’s digital marketing company focuses its economic and employment growth on Israel’s underdeveloped southern region, as part of a growing effort to energize and build the country’s periphery.
