(Courtesy of Bris Avrohom) During the last weekend of March, the 15th Annual Russian Shabbaton was held where over 1,200 people participated. Bris Avrohom was an integral part of the shabbaton with six tables dedicated to Bris Avrohom friends. Bris Avrohom rabbis gave lectures and held private meetings with people who came to consult with them to learn about Judaism. The 72 speakers who spoke over the course of the Shabbat gave the attendees the opportunity to learn about yiddishkeit. For many of the people, it was their first exposure to an authentic Shabbat.
