This past Sunday, the Frisch Girls JV basketball team won the championships against SAR! Both teams played well, but Frisch kept a steady lead of around 10 points the entire game, ultimately beating SAR 48-40. Frisch has worked hard the entire season leading up to this win, and we are so glad that our hard work paid off. This is the second year in a row that Frisch JV has won the championship, but the first year going undefeated. The gymnasium was filled with fans, and the energy throughout the game was electric, with every point and play eliciting cheers from the crowd. Additionally, there were up to 1,000 people watching on the livestream. Congratulations to Atara Forman on winning MVP! She has been a star player on the team the whole season, and contributed 11 points in the championship, along with multiple steals, rebounds and assists. Thank you to Coaches Jade Walker and Alnisa Hernaiz for everything you have done for us; we couldn’t have done it without you both!
