Based on many requests Teaneck Swim Academy (TSA) has made Open Swim Hours available to the public. The hours are updated on the website weekly at [email protected]. Hours for the community are separate for fathers/sons and mothers/daughters. Swimming is great exercise and provides multiple health benefits. TSA also has private pool rentals available for families, schools and corporate events. There are multiple locations available to rent.

Looking for a great way for your kids to exercise and make friends? The TSA Swim Team has been a tremendous success! Participants learn competition-level swimming focusing on stroke and breathing techniques. Classes include junior lifeguarding, lifeguard training and CPR courses for older kids.
