Tenafly Chabad Academy middle school started Adar with a yummy Rosh Chodesh breakfast with all their favorite breakfast treats. They also participated in a Mystery Mordechai game, where they will be surprising a friend with special gifts for Purim.
First to fourth graders started Adar with fun bounce houses. They were also busy in their classrooms preparing graggers and Megillahs to bring to shul on Purim. All students are very busy learning about the Purim story and the mitzvot associated with the chag.
As Adar continues the first through eighth graders spent a day dressing up as twins, had mismatched day, wacky color day, baked hamantashen and had comfy day wearing slippers and silly socks.
Wishing everyone a freilichen Purim!
