(Courtesy of EL AL Airlines) EL AL Israel Airlines announced the schedule for its two new weekly flights between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv beginning April 15, 2024, a week before Passover.
Effective immediately, the flights can be booked at elal.com or with travel agents.
Beginning Monday, April 15, 2024, travelers can fly from FLL to TLV (EL AL Flight 788) on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Flights will operate on this schedule:
Outbound flights from FLL
On Monday, flights depart FLL at 2 p.m. and arrive in TLV at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday
On Saturday, flights depart FLL 11:55 p.m. and arrive in TLV at 7 p.m. Sunday
Inbound from TLV
On Monday, flights depart TLV at 12:05 a.m. and arrive in FLL at 6:35 a.m. Monday
On Friday, flights depart TLV at 12:05 a.m. and arrive in FLL at 6:35 a.m. Friday
“This is another milestone in EL AL’s continued growth in Florida,” said Marc Cavaliere, EL AL’s senior vice president—The Americas. “Today we can announce the schedule for our service from FLL to TLV beginning next April. Travelers can begin booking these flights today at elal.com and with travel agents.”
Cavaliere added: “Seasonal flights from Fort Lauderdale to Tel Aviv during the Jewish holidays will operate this year on September 13, 20 and 27 and on October 5, 10 and 12. These flights are already available for booking on elal.com and with travel agents.”
In addition to the non-stop service to Tel Aviv, EL AL now offers great fares and convenient connections to many exciting global cities. These include Dubai, Athens, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, Bangkok, Phuket, Tokyo, Delhi, Mumbai and Johannesburg. What’s more, passengers can now enjoy a free stopover in Israel while en route to any of those destinations.

In the APEX survey, passengers rated a million flights operated by 600 different carriers on five elements of inflight service—seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi—and gave EL Al a Five Star rating. EL AL earned the Five Star rating in 2022 and again for 2023.
All EL AL flights from the Americas are operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft featuring the latest amenities including lie-flat seats in Business Class, gourmet meals, and an extensive choice of wines and beverages, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi for the duration of the flight.
