The CMEK Englewood girls third grade team finished with a 13-1 record in BTBL. The team met the pre-season main goal; finish the season in first place to be regular season champions (there is no post-season playoff at this grade level).
The team dominated the opposition all season with the lone loss coming to Tenafly, who finished tied atop standings. In the final game of the season, a total team effort was the difference in defeating Tenafly in the second matchup of the two powerhouses. Throughout the season, each player made many contributions on both ends of the floor.
