This week the theme of music classes was directions. The students learned different rhythmic symbols for each direction where they had to walk accordingly: Ta—for forward, TaAh—for backward and TiTi—for sideways. The students first practiced along with the music teacher’s piano playing and later on along with a musical piece, the “Turkish March” by Mozart. Later on the students read the different parts of the musical partiture and played on different instruments accordingly.
