Local public schools are currently seeing markedly high enrollments of Jewish children, and Anshei Lubavitch of Fair Lawn is taking notice. “Jewish children need a warm and lively environment that will foster a strong sense of Jewish identity,” said Rabbi Eli Steinhauser. “We have created the CKids Academy Hebrew School to provide just such an atmosphere for local Jewish children who attend public school.”
CKids Academy aims to engage students through fun and animated explorations of Jewish heritage, tradition and practices, with the goal of nurturing a strong sense of Jewish pride that they can wear with confidence.
This year’s dynamic curriculum for k-first, “Super Jew, Super Me,” vividly brings the values of Judaism to life and kindles curiosity for a lifetime of adventure through the Jewish experience. “Israel Quest” for grades second to eighth inspires optimism, faith and connection to the Land of Israel as they are distilled in the stories of heroism and devotion throughout the Tanach.
