BCHA Annual Dinner Set To ‘Unmask The Joy!’ in Festive Purim Celebration

(Courtesy of BCHA) Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy in Stamford (BCHA) is gearing up to celebrate its 69th Annual Celebration Dinner with the spirited theme of Purim. The much anticipated event will take place on Sunday, March 9 at 5:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich, promising an evening of lively festivities, community togetherness and heartfelt recognition of outstanding contributors to the school’s ongoing success.The event will feature cocktails, dinner and a program featuring the evening’s honorees.

Notable in this year’s celebration are the event’s distinguished honorees Jonathan and Rebecca Tipermas as guests of honor; Sharon and Michael Feldstein as community service award recipients; and Taly and Trevor Farber as leadership award recipients. The Walter Shuchatowitz, z”l Award for Excellence in Education will be presented to BCHA upper school teacher William Berson.

This year’s celebration dinner committee is co-chaired by Sandi and Stuart Waldsteicher and Rahel and Greg Waldsteicher. Overseeing the journal, an integral part of BCHA’s fundraising efforts, are Jenny and Russell Fishman and Stephanie and Howard Fogel. The student body representatives are seniors Gidon Teitel and Ora Muller.
