Ben Porat Yosef celebrated Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’ birthday with a day of Dr. Seuss read alouds. All around the school, administrators and teachers read Dr. Seuss books to rapt audiences of early childhood and lower elementary grade students, with Rav Ronen, BPY’s Head of School, reading a Dr. Seuss book in Hebrew. Junior high students participated as well, taking turns reading to early childhood students, who thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
