Ben Porat Yosef fifth graders learned about circuits, and tested how different factors affect the brightness of light bulbs. They drew schematic circuit diagrams and built their own alarms. The particular circuits were constructed in order to solve a problem based on a story they had read, integrating the students’ science and English language arts curricula.
