Ben Porat Yosef fifth grade students wrote and performed a play in Hebrew in observance of Asarah B’Tevet. The play brought the famous midrash of Kamtza and Bar Kamtza to life, with the story’s lessons on sinat chinam and ahavat chinam presented beautifully by the students. The students conveyed the hope that with our nation’s continuing and increasing dedication to ahavat chinam, the Beit HaMikdash will soon be rebuilt.
