Bruriah Middle School Explores Compelling Content

After finishing the book, “Tangerine,” eighth graders at Bruriah Middle School constructed a dialogue about racism using two characters in the novel. The girls then performed this scene they created. They learned some important lessons from this activity. Ariella Lev stated, “No matter where you come from, you are not better than anyone else.”
