Buying a Home? Amazing 3D Technology Will Change Everything for You

First Ever in New Jersey: 3D Virtual Reality Unveiling and

Open House to Be Held in Teaneck This Monday Night at V+N

Next week, the way you buy a new home is about to change forever thanks to 3D virtual reality immersive technology, and you’ll love what you see… literally. If you follow real estate trends and home building in New Jersey, here’s something you’ve never experienced before—on Monday, June 27, at 7 p.m. you will be able to actually walk through, look around and feel your perfect dream home… before it’s even built for you. You heard that right—before a home is built you can walk through it, at the first-ever 3D Virtual Reality Unveiling of 285 Ogden Ave. At this event buyers, brokers and industry professionals are invited to come and literally experience being immersed in a dream world.

This is so important because 3D technology is normally unreachable for buyers except for ultra-luxury mansions in the $2 million-plus range, but through the partnership of three visionary local NJ real estate companies, home buyers in price points under $1 million will now be able to put on the 3D Oculus Rift virtual reality goggles and get lost in a digital world exploring their dream home.

The three companies came together to change the way one lucky family will get to buy the yet-to-be-built custom home at 285 Ogden Avenue in Teaneck. The property was purchased for redevelopment by Moksha Investments LLC, a private real estate investment company run by entrepreneur Paul Yevzikov. Moksha Investments selected Vera & Nechama Realty run by Nechama Polack, one of the most respected brokerages in Bergen County, to exclusively list and market the home. The missing link came via LuxQue, a boutique luxury real estate marketing firm run by real estate veteran Mike Aghachi, who was the magic behind the scenes, doing the 3D work. The home was designed by visionary architect Jordan Rosenberg & Associates RA out of Ridgewood.

Together the three companies will be hosting an “Unveiling in 3D Virtual Reality” on Monday June 27 at 7 p.m. at Vera & Nechama Realty offices, located at 1401 Palisade Ave, Teaneck. Many influencers and professionals are expected to drop by to check out this new technology and learn from LuxQue how it can be applied to make the home-buying experience easier for families. The event is free for everyone, but an RSVP is requested—you can register for this trend-setting event at www.285ogdenave.com/rsvp.
