CapitIL Real Estate Plans Sept. 9 Discussion On Buying Israeli Property in Englewood

On Monday, September 9, CapitIL Real Estate Agency, in conjunction with IsraTransfer, Sacofsky Law and Jmark Interiors, will be hosting a panel discussion for people who are thinking of buying property in Israel. The program will include a detailed explanation of the buying process as well as offer information from service providers who can make the experience seamless and successful.

Ben Levene of CapitIL Real Estate understands the needs of buyers and the concerns one faces when making a decision of this magnitude. He wants prospective clients to know that with the correct representation, the process is very manageable. Working as a real estate agent for over a decade, Levene aims to first and foremost gain a sense of what clients want, and then search for the space that best suits them. Developing a connection with each client is at the top of the agenda, according to Levene, who believes strong relationships are an integral part of the process.

Levene, who has led many of these seminars, sees people walk in feeling very unsure about the process and walk out feeling quite relieved and confident. People show up with different concerns and fears, most of which Levene alleviates once he outlines his approach. With the correct support, including English-speaking, reliable representatives, Levene assures clients that the system works extremely well.

The seminar will feature a panel of specialists who each bring a very specific niche to the conversation and will walk you through their domains, explaining how they can facilitate the process once you have decided on a property. Topics will include the financial aspects of purchasing property to the design and decorating options available.

Levene encourages anyone who has even the slightest interest in acquiring real estate in Israel to stop by and learn about the process. “Whether you are interested in purchasing real estate now or in 10 years from now, this seminar will provide valuable information,” he said. With the proper level of trust and confidence, Levene believes his clients ultimately get exactly what they are looking for.

The seminar will be held at Ahavath Torah Synagogue in Englewood and begins at 7:45 p.m. For more details please visit www.capitil.com/events.
