Chabad of Montclair will hold a Megillah reading on Wednesday, March 23, in the party room at Just Jake’s beginning promptly at 9 p.m., followed by sushi, finger food and l’chaims.

Just Jake’s is located at 30 Park Street in Montclair.

On Purim day, Thursday, March 24, Chabad of Montclair will hold its annual Purim party, this year’s theme being “Purim in the Shtetl,” at the Montclair Women’s Club. The Megillah reading will begin promptly at 6 p.m., followed by Shtetl-style buffet dinner and entertainment. All are invited to join them and enjoy a Klezmer violinist and music, pickle tasting barrels (bring home your own jar), surprise Shtetl entertainment, music and dancing, delicious food, good friends and more!

The cost is $15 per adult and $12 per child. Sponsorships of $180 are available.
