The children at Gan Yaldenu Tots are getting ready to celebrate Chanukah. They started off learning what a sevivon/dreidel is. They learned that it can come in different shapes and sizes. All the classes decorated a sevivon for their room and practiced being a spinning dreidel. The classes also learned that we light the menorah for eight days and that it was a miracle the oil lasted for eight days when it was supposed to last one.
