Cheder Yaldei Menachem was abuzz with activity this week. Children listened quietly to the Megillah for all Purim characters that they knew and made a lot of noise when they heard Haman. Then onto the mishloach manos packing and hamantashen factory. The Purim carnival topped it off! Teachers and students arrived dressed in costumes for the fun activities in store. They got their faces painted, searched for tzedaka coins to put in the pushka and enjoyed special Purim sensory fun. The best part was dressing up like Mordechai and riding the king’s horse through town. What a fun-filled week!
