Chevra Lacrosse Clinic Debuts at RYNJ

RYNJ’s Rabbi Avi Epstein recently introduced a lacrosse clinic for middle school students. This past Sunday, eighth grade boys from throughout the community participated in the inaugural Chevra Lacrosse clinic and loved learning how to catch, throw and scoop in lacrosse parlance. Chevra Lacrosse coach Elan Daisudov led the clinic and the boys had a wonderful time learning the game. The eighth grade boys “thoroughly enjoyed the introduction to lacrosse” said Dan Sanacore, director of athletics and physical education. The boys wanted to know when lacrosse could become a recognized sport. Third grader Maor Glickman led the demonstrations along with sixth grader Aryeh Goldfarb. It was a great night for all.
