Rinat Yisrael on “Jerusalem – the City that unites all of Israel”. Mrs. Fraenkel is internationally known as the inspiring spokesperson for “The Three Mothers” after her son, Naftali Fraenkel, hy”d, was kidnapped and murdered along with two other Israeli teens in 2014.
