Guided Nature Walk

Enjoy the season with a guided walk along one of TNC’s trails with an Environmental Educator. Whether a first time visitor or a regular on the trails, participants will enjoy different sensory experiences in the forest each month. All ages welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. In case of inclement weather, the program will be postponed to the following month.

Member- Free, Non Member- $5. Children under 2 are free (no strollers please).

International Owl Awareness Day is on the 4th of August. Let’s spread our wings and give a hoot to owls everywhere! Join a Tenafly Nature Center Environmental Educator for a short introduction to these raptors and a visit from a live owl. Afterwards, the group will venture outside in search of nocturnal feathered friends. Program is intended for adults and families with children 5 and up. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
