Cong. Beth Aaron Plans Yom Yerushalayim Torah Exploration

On Sunday, May 21, at 6:15 p.m., at Congregation Beth Aaron, there will be a multi-media Yom Yerushalayim Torah exploration, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the reunification of Jerusalem and offering a unique perspective on the religious importance of Judaism’s holiest city. Via video presentations made available by the OU, Rabbanit Shani Taragin, Rebbetzin Tziporah Heller and Rabbi Michael Rosenzweig will offer their insights and unique perspectives. Sources will be provided. The theme of each presentation is “Why Yerushalayim Is Important to Us as Religious Jews.”

Rabbanit Shani Taragin is a noted author, teacher at Midreshet Lindenbaum, Midreshet Torah V’Avodah, MaTaN, Migdal Oz, Sha’alvim for Women, Lander’s College and the Women’s Beit Midrash in Efrat and Ramat Shilo, Israel.

Rebbetzin Tziporah Heller is a noted author, gifted lecturer and teacher at Neve Yerushalayim College, Jerusalem.

Rabbi Michael Rosenzweig is a Rosh Yeshiva at the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary of Yeshiva University and the Rosh Kollel of the Beren Kollel Elyon.

Congregation Beth Aaron is located at 950 Queen Anne Road, Teaneck.
