Congregation Bet Dovid Plans High Holiday Services for Unaffiliated in Caldwell

Join Rabbi Donn Gross for meaningful and uplifting high holiday services at Congregation Bet Dovid, a traditional Orthodox shul located in Caldwell. Rabbi Gross will be holding Modern Orthodox Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services at the newly renovated Women’s Club of Caldwell for the hundreds of unaffiliated Jews of the Caldwells, Roseland, Essex Fells and Verona.

On Rosh Hashanah, Monday and Tuesday, October 3 and 4, services will begin at 9 a.m., followed by light refreshments. On Yom Kippur, the Kol Nidre service on Tuesday, October 10, will begin at 6:15 p.m., with the Wednesday, October 11 morning service beginning at 9 a.m.

Tickets are $75 per person or $150 per family. For information or to purchase tickets, contact Rabbi Gross at [email protected] or 973-226-9170. Visit Bet Dovid’s Facebook page for complete details and updates.

If you know of any old friends, acquaintances, co-workers or contacts in these towns that say they «have no place to go» for Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur, please have them call Rabbi Gross. He is ready and willing to provide a place for everyone who needs one.
