Congregation Israel of Springfield will be holding its 42nd Annual Tribute Dinner on Tuesday, March 21, at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, New Jersey.
Honorees include Rebecca and Samuel Alexander, receiving the Rabbi Israel E. Turner Memorial Award as Guests of Honor; David Kohn, receiving the Edward Konigsberg Memorial Award; Sherry Stein, receiving the Aishet Chayil Award; Miryam and Dr. Joshua Smilow, receiving the Young Leadership Award; and Sara Alexander, receiving the Joseph Tammam Memorial Youth Community Service Scholarship Award.
Sara Alexander will be receiving the $1000 scholarship award to recognize her many communal activities. The award will be presented by Mrs. Sondra Tammam.
A Virtual Tribute Journal will be published to recognize the accomplishments of the noted honorees.
