Preheat oven to 325°F.
Make a well of these ingredients in a large bowl:
Add 8 egg yolks and mix together very well.
Separately beat 8 egg whites with ¼ cup of sugar and ½ teaspoon cream of tartar until the concoction is very stiff. Fold into the other bowl and make sure they are mixed together completely but gently.
Pour into an ungreased tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Check to see if it’s done. Invert and let cool for at least 1 hour before removing from the pan.
This recipe is similar to a honey chiffon; it is very delicious if you like honey cake and is worth all of the steps.

Ingredients
Cook honey and peanut butter in a large saucepan over moderate heat. Heat until completely melted and mix well. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and the rest of the ingredients. Press into a pan. Chill for one hour and cut into squares (not too big).
