Join Dor L’Dor for an in-person Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, July 13, at 12 p.m.

During the time of the Three Weeks leading to Tisha B’Av, Dor L’Dor presents a thought- provoking lecture with Rabbi Daniel Goldberg, associate rabbi at Congregation Ahavath Torah.

Rabbi Goldberg’s talk will be followed by the screening of the documentary “The Last Days,” a film that won an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. Steven Spielberg was one of the executive producers. Through interviews, this unforgettable film recounts the plight of five Hungarian Jews during the Shoah who survived imprisonment in Auschwitz. The horrors they witnessed are countered by their optimism and desire to survive and their individual triumphs are a testament to hope and humanity.

The event will take place indoors at Congregation Ahavath Torah, 240 Broad Avenue, Englewood.
