(JNS) After a 21-month-long vacancy awaiting the appointment of the U.S. State Department’s Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism, the Trump administration has picked Iraq War veteran and attorney Elan Carr to fill the position.
“I hope I make the difference. At the end of the day, all that matters are results and impact,” Carr told JNS. “And that’s what I pray: that I should have an impact on this terrible [problem].”
