Rosh Hashanah is in the air and Gan Henel children can taste the apples and honey—literally! They had a formal taste test and voted on red, green and yellow. The children have been crafting with all sorts of mediums like apple stamps and bubble wrap as texture for their beehives—and even cut up tissue paper to make apples.
