RYNJ middle school students enjoyed a visit from Dr. Shaffren, grandfather of current RYNJ students Yisrael and Chaim, who spoke about teh beauty of a shofar and also gave a shofar blowing demonstration. It was a proud moment for both Dr. Shaffren and his grandchildren.
