I would like to know whether halachically one may read The Jewish Link in the bathroom provided one obviously does not read, or even open to, the dvar Torah pages. Anecdotally, it would appear that the “minhag Yisrael” is to do so. I figure that there are plenty of talmidei chachamim and poskim who are reading this (or even potentially an in-house posek?), so I am putting it out there to see what the responsa is. Although I am not helping the cause for this particular issue (at least this page), I am taking the long view here.
