Just wanted to respond to the following and possibly provide some helpful information:

There are so many cyclists, from fundraising events such as the many that are advertised in The Jewish Link, to those that bike for leisure or even in cities here in the states and around the world, that use bike-share schemes.
Yes, wearing a helmet can make a big difference.
According to some statistic, 92 percent of bike-scheme cyclists do not wear a helmet. Take a look at the folks in NYC as they ride on CitiBikes—many do not wear helmets. Eighty-two percent say they do not wear a helmet due to their lack of portability, yet 84 percent do feel their life is at risk by not wearing a helmet!
My brother Jeff is an avid cyclist. Often on business trips around the world he will pack his folding bike, and one of the biggest problems he had encountered was the helmet. To make a long story short (the full story can be found here:
https://www.bikefriday.com/folding-bikes/blog/webnews/review-the-morpher-folding-helmet/), he came across a helmet that was compact, portable, lightweight, comfortable and fully certified globally (except in Australia). He was so impressed by it, when he finally received his, he reached out to the inventor and today Jeff and I are the authorized USA distributors of the Morpher Helmet. To see more of the helmet and just how compact it can be (the only one of its kind anywhere) visit www.csg.bike. Unlike other helmets on the market, one size fits virtually all and [it is] unisex in design. So, with a truly flat-folding helmet, anyone can carry a helmet at any time in their backpack, messenger bag, suitcase, carry-on or just about any other tote.
