The Chabad of Western Monmouth County in Manalapan organized an emergency prayer gathering for Israel on Monday, Oct. 9 at the Freehold Radisson, and hundreds of Jews from the area answered the call. An estimated 200+ people came out to hear words of inspiration and join in reciting prayers for the safe return of the hostages in Israel, the speedy recovery of the injured, the security of Israel, and for world peace. A contingent from Congregation B’nai Israel in Manalapan participated in the gathering with Rabbi Ken Brodkin.
