It was so much fun making applesauce this week at IEBECC. Each child had a chance to cut the apples into small pieces using a plastic knife with one hand and holding the apple with their other hand. They poured it into the pot, added some sugar and mixed it. The children eagerly waited for it to be ready to taste it.
