Increased Public Transportation Will Serve the Growing Neighborhood of Ramat Givat Zeev

(Courtesy of Ramat Gan Zeev) Israel’s Ministry of Transportation and Road Safety has confirmed plans to increase public transportation for the new Ramat Givat Zeev neighborhood.

Plans include increasing the frequency of transportation to, from and within the neighborhood, which is already well on its way to a completed infrastructure. With houses nearly complete and ready to be moved into, there are already numerous amenities in place to greet approximately 150 families expected to move into their new homes in the coming months, many of whom are new Olim.

Fully functional amenities that are ready to accommodate the family-friendly neighborhood include four parks, a basketball court and a tennis court, with much more in the works.

Experts in the real estate field are calling Ramat Givat Zeev, “one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Israel,” with housing prices expected to increase significantly in the near future.

Visitors who came on a recent trip to the neighborhood were thrilled to see the progress of the homes and infrastructures.
