For the last six months, JEC has been participating in the prestigious Atidenu Ambassador Program, sponsored by PEJE (The Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education). Through this program, which includes just 24 schools nationwide, JEC is focusing on promoting the vision, ideals and message of the school in an effort to better market JEC and expand its reach in the region.
This week, JEC hosted Rebecca Egolf, an educational consultant who led workshops with the school’s Board of Directors, faculty, administration and parent ambassadors. These sessions concentrated on “telling the story” of JEC and clarifying its key value proposition statements as a means of both attracting new families to the school as well as better serving and retaining the existing student body.
The sessions were lively, upbeat and very productive. Participants consistently commented on how good it felt to hear the school being described in such positive and successful ways.
